RULES:

• Note: ALL JUDGING (Poultry & Waterfowl) will be on Friday, August 8 starting at 10 a.m.

• Release time is Sunday, August 10 at 5 p.m.

• All birds must be PUREBRED and breed name and variety must appear on entry forms. If Breed and/or variety do not appear on this list, please write the complete description on your entry form.

• All exhibits must be in good health.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS:

• The show will be judged under the latest rules of the American Poultry Association Standard of Perfection.

• The Superintendent and his assistants will be allowed in the judging area while judging is in progress; this area will be under the control of the Superintendent at all times.

• The Chilliwack Fair reserves the right to put more than one specimen in one coop, providing that the birds belong to the same Exhibitor.

• During the show, the Superintendent will have full charge of all exhibits, and they may not be removed from the show building without his/her written consent.

• No exhibitor will be allowed to handle any but his/ her own exhibits.

• All eggs laid during the show will have fertility destroyed and become the property of Chilliwack Fair.

• All birds will be fed and watered by staff.

• Any exhibit showing disease or lice/mites will not be allowed in the show building.

• No exhibitor will be allowed to coop or pack for shipment any exhibit unless accompanied by the Superintendent or one of his assistants.

• Management reserves the right to decide any point not covered by the rules and to correct any error or make any necessary alterations to the prize list.
