ENTER AN EXHIBIT IN THE FAIR EITHER ONLINE OR IN-PERSON
Follow these easy steps for ONLINE entries:
Step 1: Create an account.
Go to https://chilliwackfair.fairwire.com to create your account. As a new exhibitor you will need to create an account. Enter your first and last name in the boxes provided on the page and select the box down below that you are a new exhibitor. Click “continue”. You will then need to create your exhibitor account with the required information and password. Click “continue”. You will then be asked to confirm that the information you provided is correct.
Step 2: Enter your creations into the fair!
After you have created an account you will be able to enter your article(s) into the fair. Go to the drop down menu that says “– Choose a Department–”. For this example in how to enter we have chosen the department “J:Vegetables” for an adult. Once you’ve selected your department, you will then be asked to “–Choose a Division”; for which the correct choice would be: “Veg: Section A: Open”. You will then be asked to choose what classes you want to enter. Go down the menu and check each box for each class you would like to enter in this Division. Some classes will want you to provide additional information, just type that information into the Description box below.
If you are a 4-H club entering your members, you can select the Club you are in below. If the club you are in is not listed below please call (604)-824-8191 or email the fair office info@chilliwackfair.com and we will get your club added to our club list.
Once you have selected all of the classes you wish to enter in any given Department, click “Add to cart”. If you want to enter items in any other departments repeat step 2 until you have entered all desired departments.
Step 3: Additional Items
After you have entered all the classes you wanted you are now able to purchase exhibitor passes for the fair. To do so use the “+/-” buttons or type how many of each you will need. This is also where you will see horse stall fees and overnight parking etc. Once you have done that, click “Continue”.
**Reminder to 4-H Clubs to add how many members you have in this section as this is where we will account for how many wristbands your club will get ($5 each).
Step 4: Review & Payment
After you have clicked “Continue”, you will then be asked to review your order. You are able to see what you have entered and what passes you are wanting to purchase. The buttons at the bottom will allow you to “Add more Entries for **name**”, “Empty Cart”, “Save this cart for later” and “Checkout”. If you are happy with what you want to enter and what passes you wish to buy, click “Checkout”. You will then be taken to the payment page.
On the payment page please select your payment method in the “–Credit or Debit Card–” drop down box. Enter your details and then click continue. You will then be asked to confirm your purchase. Click “Confirm” and then you will be entered into the fair and your ticket will be sent to you via email. Any wristbands will be required to be picked up from the fair’s office before Thursday August 4th at 5pm.
