The Chilliwack Fair Needs YOU!

Each year the Chilliwack Fair is organized and carried out by volunteers who donate their time and skills to make it happen. Some of them are volunteering for the Chilliwack Agricultural Society, others for the Atchelitz Threshermen’s Association, The Chilliwack Rodeo Association, The Chilliwack 4-H District, and our other Partners. Some just want to help out at our Fair. Almost all of the people you see working at The Fair are volunteers and it would not take place without them. The Chilliwack Fair Needs YOU! The annual Chilliwack Fair is part of the fabric of our community. Agriculture and the arts have made our community a great place to live and raise a family. You can show your support for The Fair by volunteering your time and talents.

By completing and submitting this volunteer registration form, you acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken of you during your participation in the Chilliwack Fair.

You grant the Chilliwack and District Agricultural Society (The Chilliwack Fair) the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish your image, likeness, and/or voice in any promotional or informational materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed publications, and other media formats, without compensation or further notice.

Your participation as a volunteer indicates your understanding and acceptance of this photo release.
