Made right here in Chilliwack, Fairfield Island Fresh will be selling locally grown produce, hot sauce, coffee, and honey. They use sustainable practices and organic ingredients wherever possible – their produce is grown using no herbicides or pesticides.
Owned by Darwin and Francine Douglas, who are both from Stó:l? territory, Cheam Trading Post is based out of Rosedale, BC. They offer wild salmon and seafood from the Pacific Coast, authentic arts and crafts made by local Indigenous artists, and more. Check out their website for more information!
Kim Duncan, owner of Cabin Fever Junction, is based in Agassiz, BC. There, you’ll find a variety of baked goods, from bread and cinnamon buns to pies and fudge. You can catch Kim at the Chef Showcase and learn how to make jam at her Make Your Own Jam Workshop on Sunday @ 2:00pm on the Roger’s Foods Stage.
