Chef Dez

Chef Dez is joining us for the Buy BC Chef Showcase on all three fair days and will be hosting live cooking demonstrations! On Friday, he will be making Johnston’s Pork Medallions in Single Malt Pan Sauce. On Saturday, he will be making a BG Egg Mushroom Omelette, along with a Fraser Valley Specialty Poultry Pan Roasted Duck Breast with Red Wine Reduction.

Chef Brian Misko

Chef Brian Misko will also be hosting live cooking demonstrations for the Buy BC Chef Showcase. On Saturday, August 10 he will be making Johnston’s Grilled Bacon (the best appetizer ever!!), and on Sunday, August 11 he will be making Johnston’s Master Grilled Ribs from a World Champion!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Baker Kim Duncan

Baker Kim Duncan, owner of Cabin Fever Junction Bakery, will be hosting a live cooking demonstration for making your own jam on the Chef Showcase stage. Audience members can take home a free sample! We have Chef Stacy Johnston from the Vancouver Aquarium joining us on the Chef Stage on Friday at 6:00pm. She will be making and sampling Wild BC Salmon Ceviche with Stone Fruit and Rutabaga. Delicious!

Sally the Salmon will also be joining us at this show and will be bringing along some cool swag and prize packages you can win! Come along with your friends and family for this photo op and chance to win some cool prizes.
